Widening pressure bar gauge block
The pressure rod spacing block produced by our company is suitable for all kinds of upper pins. After the pressure rod spacing block is added to the front area of the upper pin, the space in the draft floating area is greatly reduced, which strengthens the control ability of fibers, is beneficial to improve the yarn sliver drying, reduce coarse knots, details, neps and hairiness. The practice of several cotton spinning enterprises has proved that the coarse knots, details and neps can be reduced by about 50% and the strip dry CV value can be reduced by about 15% after the pressure bar spacing block is used.
