The textile machinery manufacturing industry is divided into two categories: ① the manufacture of the whole machine; ② the manufacture of special spare parts (such as spindles, cradle, steel collar, wire ring, knitting needle, needle cloth, heddle, warp stop piece, etc.).
1) The special equipment of the textile machinery factory that manufactures the whole plant accounts for a small proportion of the equipment of the whole plant, so under certain conditions, the variety can be changed to produce other machinery.
2) The proportion of special equipment and special assembly lines for manufacturing special spare parts is large (especially knitting needles and needle cloth), so it is difficult to change varieties.
In each type of processing, the proportion of casters is gradually shrinking, and the proportion of cold stamping, grinding, electroplating and polishing is gradually increasing. CNC machine tools and multi-station automatic machine tools partially replace special machine tools to enhance the adaptability and flexibility of production.
