"Loom" in Textile Machinery"

2023-10-17 10:53

A loom is a machine used to make yarn or other elongated materials into fabrics by weaving or weaving. Looms can be divided into different types according to different textile processes, such as hydraulic looms, pneumatic looms, and electric looms. Here is a brief introduction to several common looms:
· loom: loom is used for weaving all kinds of fabric loom, including cotton, linen, wool, silk, chemical fiber and other materials. Looms can be divided into warp and weft looms, circular looms, shuttleless looms and other different types according to different weaving methods.
· Knitting machine: Knitting machine is a machine used to knit knitted articles, including knitwear, knitted socks, knitted scarves, etc. Knitting machines knit different kinds of knitwear by adjusting the type and number of knitting plates and knitting needles of the machine.
· Non-woven fabric production equipment: Non-woven fabric production equipment is a machine used to produce non-woven fabrics. Non-woven fabrics are formed by bonding, carding, heating and other treatments of fiber materials. Non-woven fabric production equipment can be divided into hot air non-woven fabric production line, spunlace non-woven fabric production line, spunbond non-woven fabric production line, etc. according to different production processes.
Their working principle and production efficiency not only determine the fabric quality and output, but also directly related to the production efficiency and quality level of the entire textile industry.
The most important part of textile machinery is the motor drive and stepper motor control system, which can effectively control the operation and movement of the loom, so as to ensure the quality of the fabric and production efficiency.
· Motor drive: In looms, AC motors and DC motors are usually used as drivers to drive various parts of the loom, such as the loom shuttle of the loom, the jacquard mechanism that moves up and down the loom, etc. The motor drive can convert electrical energy into mechanical energy, so that the motor generates a rotating force, which in turn drives the loom to work.
· Stepper motor control system: Stepper motor is a common type of motor used to control the movement of the loom. Stepper motor control system includes controller (* note) and stepper motor two parts. The controller can control the direction, speed and position of the stepper motor by sending pulse signals to the stepper motor. After receiving the pulse signal, the stepping motor will rotate according to a certain step angle to drive the loom.
· Sensors: Sensors are an important part of the stepper motor control system. They can monitor the movement of the loom in real time and provide corresponding feedback signals to the controller. For example, the weft sensor on the loom can monitor the tension and density of the weft, so as to adjust the running state of the loom in real time and ensure the quality of the fabric.
